MyMemory Mobile Application

Web Design • UX / UI • App

MyMemory was developed in response to the challenges faced by Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers. Early-stage patients often lack effective tools to maintain and strengthen their memories, while caregivers struggle with organization and finding support. Additionally, many community helpers are unaware of opportunities to assist.

Through research-driven cognitive exercises and organizational tools, MyMemory bridges these gaps by offering:

  • Patient Mode: Memory-strengthening exercises and tools for preserving personal history.
  • Caregiver Mode: Organizational features to manage patient care and connect with available helpers.
  • Helper Mode: A structured repository of medical and personal history to facilitate better assistance.
  • By integrating these features, MyMemory enhances the quality of life for Alzheimer's patients, eases the burden on caregivers, and fosters stronger community support networks.

    About the Art Style

Surrealism emerged in the 1920s as a response to the Dada movement, aiming to merge the unconscious and conscious mind by blending dreams with reality. Led by André Breton, this movement rejected logical representation in favor of psychological depth, emphasizing illogical object placement and dreamlike imagery. Originating in France, surrealism influenced later movements like Abstract Expressionism and Postmodernism, leaving a lasting impact on the art world.

“A lot of people need more understanding and patience with people who have dementia [...] a lot of people just don’t realize how hard it is to take care of someone who has dementia”
